Project manager Clarson Goff has beefed up its management team after the departure of two directors last month
Donald Horner, a former Capita Property Consultancy director, has been appointed chief executive officer, taking overall responsibility for strategy and financial administration.

Graeme Foreman has been appointed operations director, with responsibility for marketing and quality of services.

Coupled with the appointments of Jo Twine and Tanya Kier to associate directors, the restructuring goes some way to plugging the gap left by managing director John Lewis and director Nick Clare, who resigned last month to join Davis Langdon & Everest. That move was part of DL&E's drive to bolster its project management team.

Clarson Goff is a subsidiary of consultant and support services group BPO. In a statement, the firm said: "These appointments will allow us to pursue growth in the rail, education and healthcare sectors."
