Property developers Clearview Homes is facing a legal battle in a row over access to land.

Watford-based company Wirralcraft Ltd is suing Clearview, seeking an injunction requiring the developer to abide by the terms of restrictive covenants, and from trespassing on its land.

Wirralcraft is also seeking an injunction banning Clearview, of Harrow, from increasing, or seeking to increase "the burden on its servient land", and claiming damages of more than £300,000.
