Architect 3D Reid has been granted planning permission for a headquarters building for the Co-operative Group in Manchester

Featuring a large central atrium, the building will have 325,000ft2 of open-plan office space on 15 storeys. The project is the first phase in the redevelopment and regeneration of the group’s 20-acre site at the city’s Northern Gateway.
