The Tibbalds TM2-designed Ingress Park housing scheme at Greenhithe in the East Thames corridor (second phase pictured left) is one of the featured schemes at the Building for Life conference on 3 July.

The one-day conference for planners, housebuilders and consultants will be at the Cavendish Conference Centre in London. The conference is sponsored by Cabe, the House Builders Federation and the Civic Trust and is supported by Building.

Other schemes to be discussed at the conference will include the PRP-designed St James project in Surbiton and architect Stephenson Bell’s Chorlton Park scheme in Manchester. Speakers will include housing minister Lord Falconer and architect Sir Terry Farrell.

Dartford council is considering whether to grant Ingress Park planning permission. MW is landscape architect on the scheme and Symonds is civil engineer.
