Gleeds, Aecom and Pick Everard team set to start by the summer

A team featuring Pick Everard, Gleeds and Aecom has been appointed lead consultant on £52m worth of capital development projects for Milton Keynes Council.

Called Perfect Circle, the three are carrying out the deal under Scape’s built environment consultancy framework

The scheme consists of four projects, including the new Western Expansion Secondary School, a health centre, an extension to St Mary and St Giles Primary School in Stony Stratford, and a multi-story car park adjacent to Milton Keynes railway station.

The job will provide more than 2,200 primary and secondary school places, as well as 700 car spaces at Milton Keynes railway station.

Perfect Circle will provide project and cost management services.

The development is due to start by the summer and complete by the end of 2019.
