Nearly 40 firms appointed to deal across North and Midlands

Aecom and WSP are among 38 firms to have won spots on an £18.7m consultants’ framework for housing.

The framework for social housing and private sale homes has been set up by Your Housing, a Warrington-based affordable housing association.

Stantec, Faithful & Gould and Turner & Townsend have also won spots on the framework, which has 19 consultancy lots ranging from QS services and structural engineering to flood management and clerk of works. Other winners include Ridge, CPC and Hickton.

Your Housing operates more than 28,000 homes across the North-West, Yorkshire and the Midlands.

The firm has teamed up with Liverpool Waters developer Peel for a 31-storey scheme called Patagonia Place at the scheme’s Princes Dock site.

The scheme (pictured) will consist of 278 homes and has been designed by local practice Falconer Chester Hall, with Arup providing planning consultation. Liverpool contractor Vermont is expected to start work on the job this autumn.
