Countryside Properties has submitted a planning application for the first phase of the £3.7bn Canning Town and Custom House regeneration project in east London.
The developer will work with Newham Regeneration and William Sutton Homes on the scheme, which includes plans for an apartment building by architect Maccreanor Lavington and a £7.3m reconstruction of the Keir Hardie primary school to be designed by Mouchel Parkman. The project will provide 649 homes built to Lifetime Homes standard.
