Crest Nicholson signs PRS deal

Tie-up with M&G Real Estate is third between pair

Crest Nicolson and developer M&G Real Estate have teamed up to build 114 private rental homes at a new garden village near Redaing.

Called Arborfield Green, the scheme is the third PRS partnership between the pair and forms the first part of their plan to put up 200 build-to-rent units at the site.
