Tie-up with M&G Real Estate is third between pair

Crest Nicolson and developer M&G Real Estate have teamed up to build 114 private rental homes at a new garden village near Reading.

Called Arborfield Green, the scheme (pictured) is the third PRS partnership between the pair and forms the first part of their plan to put up 200 build-to-rent units at the site.

Crest Nicholson and M&G signed their first PRS partnership deal three years ago, the Bath Riverside development.

Alex Greaves, M&G Real Estate’s head of residential investment, said the location of the new development was a high value area of the south east “where young people, couples and families struggle to get on the housing ladder”.

It will be completed towards the end of next year.
