Hannah Milne appointed head of The Crown Estate’s regional portfolio.

Hannah Milne has been promoted to head of The Crown Estate’s £2.2bn regional portfolio.

Regional portfolio manager since January 2011, Milne will take over on 1 July from James Cooksey, who was earlier this year promoted to the newly created position of Head of Central London. In her new position, Milne, will lead all asset management, development, and investment activity for the portfolio.

Before joining The Crown Estate Milne was a partner in Knight Frank’s West End Capital Markets team having spent the earlier part of her career with BNP Paribas.

Paul Clark, director of investment and leader of The Crown Estate’s urban portfolio, said Milne had already played a vital role in creating a dominant portfolio of retail and leisure assets.

The Crown Estate’s regional portfolio, valued at £2.2bn includes 17 shopping and leisure parks and three shopping centres.
