Developer Dandara has unveiled a £180m scheme to build a residential development on the Clyde waterfront in Glasgow.

The plans drawn up by Gordon Murray and Alan Dunlop Architects include four 22-storey buildings housing 853 studio, one and two-bedroom apartments.

A further 18,500m2 of office and commercial space will be set around small public squares.

If it receives approval, the scheme will be built in the city’s financial district on Anderston Quay.

The scheme is intended to link developments along the Clyde with the city centre.

Wilson Bowden is building a £120m office scheme at nearby Atlantic Quay.

Peter Lackey, Dandara managing director, described the scheme as “another exciting major mixed-use urban regeneration project within Glasgow”.
