Housebuilder David Wilson Homes, part of the Wilson Bowden Group, has restructured after taking over three firms last year.

The firm will split into two divisions on 1 August to accommodate the acquisitions of Ward Homes, Henry Boot Homes and Frenchay Developments.

David Wilson Homes Northern will cover the Midlands, the North and Scotland. It will be headed by Gary Crisp, current land and operations director, who will become chief executive of the division.

Greg Locke, chairman of the firm’s eastern division, will become chief executive of David Wilson Homes Southern, which will cover the East and the South.

The firm said that Mike Stansfield, David Wilson Homes chief executive, will become chairman. James Wilson, development director, will add group marketing, land surveying and project management responsibilities to his role.
