Developer unveils £200m plan to turn historic factory into homes

Decision on U+I project in Greenwich expected late next year

U+I has submitted plans for a £200m mixed-use scheme in Greenwich, south-east London.

The developer is part of a joint venture with Galliard Homes and current landowner Royal London to develop the former industrial estate.
