Lambeth council in south-east London has given planning permission for York House, a 91,440 m2 office building on Lambeth Palace Road for Delancey Estates.
The project will include two main office areas with a connecting atrium offering views of the Houses of Parliament. It was designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox. The engineer on the scheme is Bunyan Meyer and Partners and the planning consultant is DP9.
