Dozens bag spots on consultants’ £1.7bn Crown Commercial Services framework

A host of consultants have won roles on the Crown Commercial Services £1.7bn framework.

The six lot framework has been awarded after being delayed several months by the covid-19 pandemic.

The previous iteration of the scheme was extended by six months to run until 2 November of this year.

Firms to win spaces on the framework include Mace, Turner & Townsend, Gleeds and Faithful + Gould, while Tetra Tech is the only firm to win places on all six lots and WSP scored five places

Lot 1, which is for the built environment, lot 2, which covers urban regeneration schemes, feature 20 and 14 companies respectively.

Lot 3, for international work has seven companies, lot 4, which can be used on high rise projects, features 11 consultants, and lot 5, which will be used for defence schemes, features 12 firms.

The final lot, which is for environment and sustainability schemes, features nine consultants.

The framework is used by government and wider public sector across the UK including local authorities, health, police, fire and rescue, education, housing, charities, not for profit, nuclear, devolved administrations, defence and international groups.
