More than 60,000 people attended Cityscape Dubai this week, where the region’s developers showed off their latest and largest schemes.
Nakheel unveiled its 1 million m2 Madinat Al Soor development (above), designed by RMJM, which forms part of the Waterfront City masterplanned by the Office for Metropolitan Architecture. The Al-Futtaim Group revealed the latest phase of Dubai Festival City, which includes the Four Seasons Hotel (pictured right). This is being built by Carillion, the developer’s joint venture partner.
