This £200m film studio development designed by Michael Drain Architects has been given the green light by Easington council in County Durham.

The 144,500m2 Coolmore Estate, which will be the largest film complex in the UK, will include a state-of-the-art studios, hotels, student accommodation and education facilities. Desco is the services engineer, WT Partnership the QS, and Tolent Construction the contractor.
