Mixed-use central London development will feature 23 apartments

Emrys Architects has won planning permission for a mixed-use refurbishment project in London’s West End.

A 1970s building will be transformed into 23 flats, seven of which will be affordable. Ground floor and basement office accommodation will also be upgraded.
