Contractor Mansell has started on site at the Centre of Engineering Excellence in Hethel, near Norwich.

Once completed early next year, it will offer workshops, office units, meeting rooms and training facilities as start-up space for engineering entrepreneurs. Designed by NPS Property Consultants, the steel-frame centre is being developed by Norfolk county council in partnership with local car-maker Lotus, the East of England Development Agency, South Norfolk district council and Business Link.
