Lancashire contractor Eric Wright Group has bought a £7m turnover mechanical and electrical engineering firm.
Site Electrical, which has 88 staff across three offices, specialises in providing services to waste and water companies. It will become part of Eric Wright Group’s civil engineering division.
Eric Wright employs 250 people and is a developer and civil engineer in addition to contracting.
Aecom has acquired UK consultant Tritech Rail in a bid to boost its rail consultancy business. Tritech Rail, founded in 1999, is based in Wigan and employs about 100 people.
