Fit-out contractor Dean & Bowes has completed its £3m overhaul of the Triangle shopping centre in Manchester for owner Milligan.

The work has included creating an entrance to the former Corn Exchange building, which was almost completely destroyed by a terrorist bomb in the centre of the city in 1996. The scheme also included installing a giant TV facade on the building, the external lighting and a redesign of the interior of the block.

The project team on the scheme included QS EC Harris and architect Benoy.
