Kevin Chrisp and Andrew Prickett switch to rival consultant

Faithful+Gould has poached two senior bosses from rival Arcadis to grow further into the corporate real estate and housing sectors.

Faithful+Gould (F+G), part of Atkins, has recruited Kevin Chrisp (pictured, left) as worldwide head of corporate real estate and Andrew Prickett (pictured, right) as head of residential for UK and Europe.

At Arcadis, Chrisp was UK sector managing director and global account leader for corporate real estate, while Prickett was head of residential outside London.

In his new role at F+G, Chrisp also takes responsibility for growing the firm’s programme management work.

Prickett is the second senior housing director to leave Arcadis in a year, after the consultant’s former head of residential Mark Farmer quit to start his own consultancy Cast last December.

Prickett is re-joining F+G after a 13-year absence, after starting his career there in 1999 before joining EC Harris - later bought by Arcadis - four years later.

Commenting on Chrisp’s appointment, F+G chief executive Donald Lawson said: “With property and corporate real estate being a key area of strategic focus for F+G globally, I’m delighted to have Kevin join our team.”

Jon Sealy, managing director UK & Europe of F+G, said of Prickett’s hire: “The current market has a strong residential focus and given that the UK has a pressing requirement to build 200,000 homes per annum, it has become increasingly important to demonstrate real expertise and leadership in this market.”
