QS will provide post contract administration for car parks in Runcorn, Preston and Birmingham

The Liverpool office of QS Faithful+Gould has been appointed to provide post contract administration to Network Rail on the redevelopment of car parks in Runcorn, Preston and Birmingham.

The firm was previously involved in the estimating process for the redevelopment work which was handled by West Coast trains, before the work was put out to tender by Network Rail.

Mike Melia, regional director, said: “This exciting programme builds upon our terrific track record working within the transport sector, particularly rail.”

The consultant hopes work on the redevelopment of a number of other car parks throughout the country, including Rugby, Wigan and Oxenholme.
