The deal has been broken down into four lots

The four-lot framework will be for the design, construction or development of housing schemes via either development agreements or JV agreements.

The first lot will be for either the construction or design and construction of schemes providing 10 to 75 homes, with the second lot being for schemes of 65 dwellings and above.

The third and fourth lots will be for residential led developments of 10 to 75 dwellings and 65 dwellings and above respectively.

A full contract notice is due to be published on 18 May, the SCF said.

It is the first residential framework set up by the SCF, which has been operating construction frameworks since 2007 and is currently running its fourth construction framework.

Firms on this deal, which has been active since April 2019, include Bam, Kier, Galliford Try, Mace, Sir Robert McAlpine, Willmott Dixon, Wates, ISG, Aecom, Morgan Sindall and WSP.
