Contractor Ryder Construction has been appointed to build this sheltered housing scheme for the Guinness Housing Trust in Bristol.
The 55-unit scheme will be constructed by Ryder’s newly opened Marlborough division. The project will provide housing in the Lawrence Hill area of Bristol for the elderly. The scheme will replace the existing Wainbrook Elderly People’s Home. Work is anticipated to start on site in November or December and completion is expected in 2007.
