Nisrine Chartouny has moved to Dubai
Former Crossrail commercial director Nisrine Chartouny is set to provide consultancy services in the United Arab Emirates.
This week Building revealed that Chartouny (pictured) had been replaced by Neil Thompson, who joined Crossrail from Network Rail.
Thompson was construction programme director at Network Rail for more than 15 years.
Chartouny is now working as a self-employed senior management consultant in Dubai.
Chartouny was on secondment to Crossrail from Bechtel but has now left the US giant.

Prior to the commercial director role, she was Crossrail’s project manager for its work at Farringdon.
Her predecessor in the Crossrail commercial director role, Paul Grammer, set up his own consultancy at the start of this year.
