Roofing and redecoration frameworks span four years

Social Enterprise Fusion 21 have relaunched their framework agreements for roofing and redecoration. The four year frameworks are expected to be worth around £30m each.

Fusion 21 delivers procurement, training and consultancy services to the public sector and has over 20 OJEU compliant frameworks for its clients to access.

According to Fusion 21 the frameworks offer clients the opportunity to generate cashable savings, efficiency savings and deliver added value through job creation in local communities.

Most of the work is concentrated in the North-west however the group aims to offer the frameworks nationwide.

The contractors appointed to the redecoration framework are as follows:

Bell Decorating Group, Alan Bowden, Mitie Property Services, George Jones Son (Contractors), Seddon Property Services, JC Construction, St Annes Contractors, Alfred Bagnall & Sons (North West ), Frank Rogers Building Contractor, Simmons Services, T Harrison, Vale Dectorators, AW Byrne.
