Firm promotes senior build manager to head up business in the region
Galliford Try Partnerships has promoted its senior build manager Martin Sharkey to head of construction for the north west.
Sharkey (pictured), who has over 25 years’ experience in the housing sector, will join the senior management team, overseeing key decision making for construction in the region.
He joined Galliford Try in October 2016 and prior to that spent nearly two years as build manager for Bellway Homes.
The firm said it is currently delivering 12 sites across the North West and Sharkey’s promotion will ensure that its continued growth is sustained.
Brendan Blythe, regional managing director at Galliford Try Partnerships North West, said his commitment to high levels of safety, quality, cost control and presentation were key factors in his promotion.
