Contractor’s Scottish subsidiary Morrison Construction will construct two schools

Galliford Try’s Scottish subsidiary Morrison Construction has been appointed preferred contractor by South West Scotland Limited on two new school campuses worth up to £49.7m.

Following financial close, Morrison Construction will undertake the construction of the new Greenfaulds High School, Cumbernauld in a contract worth up to £26.5m, and the Clyde Valley Schools Campus in Wishaw, worth up to £23.2m.

The new Clyde Valley Campus will cater for circa 1,018 pupils across the full age range from 3-18, while Greenfaulds will see 1,350 pupils accommodated in the new secondary school.
