Galliford Try reels in £67m motorways deal

Work is set to begin next spring

Galliford Try has been awarded a £67m contract by Highways England to design and construct a smart motorway scheme on the M56 between west of Manchester Airport.

Works include upgrading pavements, barriers and drainage as well as installation of gantries, emergency refuge areas and technical equipment.

Start on site is set for next spring with completion in 12 months.
