Contractor to build hotel in Birmingham and motorway services in Oxfordshire

Contractor and housbuilder Galliford Try has won two contracts worth just under £25m.

The first contract of £16m is for a 174-bedroom, four-star hotel in Birmingham for Hotel La Tour.

The firm has also secured a contract to construct a new motorway service area at Cherwell Valley in Oxfordshire for Moto Hospitality, worth £8.7m.
