The Creative Exchange has opened in St Neots, Cambridgeshire

Designed by 5th Studio, the publicly funded £1.4m building provides workspaces for creative companies. It was built by SDC Special Projects, with Scott Wilson as structural engineer and ZEF as services engineer. Davis Langdon acted as QS.
