The tallest of five buildings in Land Securities’ £220m New Street Square development in the City of London achieved practical completion last week.

Designed by Bennetts Associates and built by Sir Robert McAlpine, the sharp-pointed 19-storey tower has an “excellent” BREEAM rating for sustainability. The development is due for completion next spring.
