Consultant Gleeds has been appointed as QS on this £8m redevelopment of the Devonshire Royal Hospital in Buxton, Derbyshire.

The building was originally constructed as stables in the 18th century for the fifth Duke of Devonshire, but will now become the centrepiece of a campus site for the University of Derby.

Architect is Derby-based practice Hall Gray, structural engineer is Arup and m&e engineer is John Packer Associates.
