Gleeds director to chair Perfect Circle

Perfect Circle, the construction infrastructure consultancy created by Aecom, Gleeds and Pick Everard, has named Jon Enever as its new chair.

A main board director at Gleeds – and the firm’s chief client officer – Enever takes over from Aecom’s Richard Whitehead with immediate effect.
