Clive Wilding, managing director of Gleeson Homes, has left the company. He will be replaced by Terry Massingham, managing director of Alfred McAlpine's southern region.
The news came as the Gleeson Group announced its results.
Gleeson Homes' operating margin is considered low despite improving from 7.7% in 1999/2000 to 8.3% in 2000/1.
