Galliford Try has signed a £32m PPP contract to build and operate St Andrews Community Hospital and Health Centre in Fife.

The 10,700m2 scheme, designed by Ryder Architecture, will include three GP practices and dental and social work services. Morrison Construction, part of Galliford Try's building division, will carry out the building work and Morrison Facilities Services the post-construction work. Work starts next month and is due for completion in June 2009.
