HKR Architects has revealed plans for The Hive, a 75,000ft2 sustainable office building in Manchester’s Northern Quarter.

The £11.5m project has just been granted planning permission by Manchester council and is set to be the greenest in the city. HKR has designed the building for developer Argent.
