Second building in the city’s Friargate development
A planning application for the second building in Coventry’s Friargate development has been approved by the city council.
The Allies & Morrison-designed office building, 80 metres from the city’s railway station, will sit alongside the under-construction new Coventry City Council building.
The 14-storey building will deliver new commercial space with a pavilion at its top level, with double-height ground floor space for leisure, restaraunt or cafe use.
