First phase of mixed-use Circle Square development secures planning
Developers Bruntwood and Select Property Group have secured planning for the first phase of a £750m mixed-use scheme in Manchester.
The Manchester Circle Square development will offer office and retail space, as well as serviced apartments, private residential accommodation and communal space.
Construction will now begin on the approved Phase 1A which includes two serviced apartment buildings, delivered and managed under Select’s Vita brand, and surrounding areas of public realm space which include riverside walkways along the River Medlock.
The buildings will feature 600 luxury serviced apartments for single and multiple occupancy, and include 22 duplex penthouses with external terraces.
