Avery Associates Architects-designed mixed use hotel and office space given approval by City of London planners
An office and hotel building designed by Avery Associates Architects was given the green light by City of London planners this week.
The Citicape House project, for client Beacon Wood, comprises a 10,800m2 office building and 246-room hotel at the junction of Holborn Viaduct and Snow Hill in the City of London.
The facade includes photovoltaic panels to control solar gain and generate power. The project is now set to go out to tender for a main contractor.
