Green light for Wates’ 1,000-home redevelopment of former Harrow council headquarters

Brutalist 1970s building to be demolished to make way for six new buildings up to 15 storeys tall

Sheppard Robson has been given the green light for a 1,000-home redevelopment of Harrow Civic Centre in north London.

The Poet’s Corner scheme has been designed for the Harrow Strategic Development Partnership, a joint venture between Wates Residential and Harrow council.
