Willmott Dixon has won a contract to build this £24m civic hall in Guildford, Surrey.




Designed by Austin-Smith: Lord, the hall will be as an arts and entertainment venue for up to 1,700 visitors. The contractor and architect have delivered similar schemes at Newport and Shrewsbury. Completion is expected in 2010.
