Teesside regeneration scheme includes a £464m hospital and 3m sq ft of office and industrial space

Final planning approval has been given by Hartlepool council for the 350-acre regeneration scheme at Wynyard Park on Teesside.

The scheme, being developed by Wynyard Park Ltd, includes plans for a £464m hospital and 3m sq ft of office and industrial space.

Wynyard Park's planning application was supported by Aecom and Darlington planning consultant Prism Planning.

Wynyard will pay £1.7m toward transport and infrastructure improvements.
