Terry Fuller, Taylor Wimpey’s managing director of major projects, has been appointed director of the East of England at the planned Homes and Communities Agency.

Fuller, who is also chair of the affordable housing group for the Home Builders’ Federation, is one of 10 new appointments to the agency.

As predicted by Building last week, London mayor Boris Johnson’s executive director of policy and partnerships, David Lunts, has joined as London director, while the deputy chief executive of Manchester council, Eamonn Boylan will be director of new ventures and partnerships.

Existing English Partnerships executives David Edwards and Paul Spooner have also found roles in the new agency.
