A quarter of EC Harris’ profit now comes from outside the UK, the consultant has said.
Announcing its results for the 12 months to 30 April 2007, it said pre-tax profit had grown by 17% from £28.3m to £33.2m and turnover had risen by 16% to £203.5m. The profit contribution from Europe, Asia and the Middle East was up to 25%, compared with 15% last year.
Richard Clare, chairman, said: “These results show that we continue to develop as an international innovator.”
The number of partners in the company was 200 and the average profit per partner was £149,000. As the highest paid member, Clare saw his profit share jump a third to £703,000, from £540,000 in 2006.
Total wage costs over the year were £79.1m and an average wage at the company was £32,475.
