Consultant is cost and project manager on the Zlota 44 Tower in Poland

Consultant Hill International has won a contract to provide project management and cost management services during construction of the Zlota 44 Tower in Warsaw, Poland designed by architect Daniel Libeskind.

Upon completion the 56-story skyscraper will be the tallest building in Poland. It will comprise 251 luxury apartments and a floor area of 75,000m2.

Working for client Orco Property, Hill’s two-year contract has an estimated value of approximately PLN 4.6m ($1.6m).

Jacek Zurawski, Hill’s Poland managing director, said: “We are excited that this project is moving forward and that Hill has been contracted to manage its construction.”
