Architect Arup Associates has designed this 260-unit residential scheme with Arup's Belfast engineering office.
The project is part of a 24 000 m2 mixed-use development on the banks of the River Lagan for Dunloe Ewart. Arup Associates masterplanned the development and local architect WDR&R Taggart will use its concept design to create working drawings. QS is WH Stephens. The project is awaiting planning permission.
