Consultancy extends its reach in the South-east with new acquisition.
Design, environmental and technical management consultancy Hyder Consulting has bought land development consultancy firm Livic Ltd, for an initial consideration of £2.55m, with upto a further £0.9m dependent of future performance. The acquisition will extend Hyder Consulting's capabilities in development planning services and strengthen its private sector client base in the South East.
Livic, which trades as Bettridge, Turner & Partners, currently employs approximately 75 staff, and has a turnover of £4.1m.
