Glass and stone building will reflect surrounding historic facades in Finsbury Square

Sheppard Robson has received planning permission for a ten-storey office building in Finsbury Square.

The building will provide 30,746m2 of office accommodation and replaces four buildings. It steps back above the sixth storey to follow the height of the neighbouring buildings.

The façade comprises Portland stone and glass, which reflects the design of nearby Triton Court.

Sheppard Robson was acting on behalf of Legal and General Investment Management and Royal London Asset Management.
