Areen Aviation completes interior design work

Interior design specialist Areen Aviation has unveiled visualisations of a major new airport in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

The interior designs are for King Abdulaziz International Airport (KAIA) – an under-construction airport that will handle 30 million passengers per year once completed in 2014.

The designs include a passenger terminal complex, the control tower, a new railway station and a 120-bed airport hotel.

Dar Group is the construction manager and the main contractors are Saudi Binladin Group, Almalabani General Contractors, Saui Oger - Murray & Roberts joint venture and Bongkyung Construction.
